MEDIATION PRACTICE

Mr. Heller has arbitrated and mediated civil cases since 1990 in Sacramento, El Dorado and Placer Counties. These cases include contract and partnership disputes, personal injury/wrongful death automobile accidents, employment disputes, product liability, medical and legal malpractice and insurance bad faith. He has mediated both simple two party cases as well as complex cases involving multiple parties and inter-related cross-complaints with the plethora of issues that typically arise in such matters.
Mr. Heller in his mediation and arbitration practice has called upon his extensive experience trial experience in the federal and state courts in California to effectively resolve differences and successful settle complex matters in a cost efficient manner for the respective participants.

Mr. Heller has represented and continues to physicians, dentists and other healthcare professionals in licensing proceedings intended to restrict, revoke or deny the issuance of a license in the first instance.
